No purchase necessary. Contest Period: 12:00:01 p.m. ET Feb. 9, 2010 - 11:59:59 p.m. ET Feb. 21, 2010. Limit three (3) entries per person (Facebook fan sign up, Twitter follow and/or Twitter reTweet) Open to Canadian residents, excluding Quebec, over age of majority. Rules and Regulations

1. Entry Procedure
To enter the Domainsatcost.ca "OH .CA" Contest (the "Contest") visit www.facebook.com and become a fan of Domainsatcost.ca or twitter.com and follow Domainsatcost during the Contest Period (as defined below) in order to be eligible. Contestants are entered into the contest when they reTweet the OH.CA message. Only one reTweet is qualified. Limit three (3) entries per person (Facebook fan sign up, Twitter follow and/or Twitter reTweet). The Contest will be open from 12:00:01 ET Feb. 9, 2010 until 11:59:59 ET February 21, 2010 (the Contest Period). The odds of winning the prize are directly related to the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. No purchase required.

2. Conditions of Eligibility
The Contest is open only to individual persons who are legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have Internet access as of February 9, 2010 and must have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside at the time of participation in the Contest. Directors, officers and employees of Domainsatcost.ca and the Momentous.ca Corporation (collectively the "Contest Sponsors") and their immediate family members (father/mother, brother/sister, son/daughter) or persons living under the same roof with such persons are not eligible to enter this Contest.

3. Procedure for Awarding the Prize
On February 22, 2010 at approximately 9:00 a.m. ET at the Momentous.ca Corporation office in Ottawa, Ontario a representative of Domainsatcost.ca will randomly select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner from all of the eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The representative will attempt to contact the potential winner through a direct message via the associated social network (Facebook.com, Twitter.com). The potential winner is deemed to be the "authorized account holder". The "authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to the profile of the associated social network. An attempt will be made to contact the selected contestant by direct message and the contestant must respond by 1:00 p.m. ET on February 22, 2010. If the contestant cannot be contacted or does not respond within the above time period, an alternate name will be randomly drawn from the original list of eligible entries. This alternate contestant must respond by 5:00 p.m. ET on February 22, 2010. To be declared a winner, the selected persons must first correctly answer, un-aided, a time-limited mathematical skill testing question in writing, posed by Domainsatcost.ca within two (2) hours of confirmed contact, and sign and return the waiver form provided by Domainsatcost.ca within the same two (2) hour time period and otherwise meet and comply with all conditions of these regulations. The Grand Prize will be delivered to the winning contestant via overnight courier to any address within Canada, excluding Quebec, as indicated by the winning contestant.

4. Description of the Prize
Grand Prize: Two (2) tickets to IH044 - Ice Hockey Men's Quarter Final - QF3 in Vancouver, British Columbia at UBC Thunderbird Arena on Wed Feb 24, 19:00 - 21:30, Sec 101 Row 8 Seat 3-4. Transportation to and from the event is not included as part of the prize package. Accommodations in Vancouver are not included as part of the prize package. Any and all incidental costs related to attendance at this event are not included as part of the prize package. Total retail value of the Grand Prize is approximately $ 600.00 CDN ($ 300.00 CDN per ticket).

5. General Rules

5.1 The winner shall agree, if necessary, to have his or her name, city of residence, likeness, and/or voice used by the Contest Sponsor for advertising purposes connected with the Contest, in any media, without notice or compensation.

5.2 The winner shall sign a document attesting to his/her age of majority as indicated in section 2 of these regulations and releasing the Contest Sponsors and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensees from all liability for any damage or loss resulting from participation the Contest or arising from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.

5.3 If it is impossible to supply the prize as described in these regulations, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute for the prize in whole or in part, one or more prizes of an approximately equivalent or greater value.

5.4 Refusal to accept the prize releases the Contest Sponsors of all responsibility and obligations.

5.5 The Contest Sponsors shall assume no liability resulting from losses, delays, typographical errors, poor technical or telephone operations, losses of mail or e-mail, loss or stealing of data-processing, breach of software or computer equipment, or fraudulent calls, for any failure of any websites, during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software or failure of any email or entry to be received by the Contest Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Contest or viewing or downloading any Contest material. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right; in their sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Contest without prior notice should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsors corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by lay, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.

5.6 Should a contestant make any false statement as determined, in the sole and conclusive opinion of the Contest Sponsors, he/she shall be automatically disqualified from the Contest.

5.7 Participation in the Contest includes acceptance of these regulations, which shall be applied by the Contest Sponsors. All decisions of the Contest Sponsors are final.
